  • Role: Customer Service Representative- Call Center
  • Location: Contact Centers in Akron, Ohio
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Day shift with overtime opportunities)
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound customer calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about electric utility services.
  • Process outage reports and emergency calls promptly and professionally.
