Customer Service/Project Coordinator
We are partnering with a manufacturing company in the Bristol, CT area to hire a Customer Service Rep/Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer projects from order entry through production and shipment.
- Ensure project accuracy, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
- Partner with sales team on project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain accurate project data and documentation.
- Manage customer relationships
- Partner with Sales, Technical, Production, Shipping, and Purchasing to keep projects moving efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction or manufacturing.
- Comfortable acting as a team lead, including managing workflow and troubleshooting difficult projects.
- Microsoft Office skills and preferably experience with an ERP software
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
