What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through regular facility visits and proactive communication.
  • Ensure exceptional service through routine quality inspections and follow-up.
  • Quickly resolve client concerns while coordinating with our contractor network.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional facility services and products.
  • Prepare pricing and proposals for additional services.
  • Coordinate new client starts to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Recruit, develop and manage relationships with independent contractors.
  • Work closely with Night Managers to maintain outstanding service quality.
  • Maintain accurate client information and inspection records using our CRM.
  • Partner with our Sales Team by identifying new opportunities within your territory.
  • Help protect and grow an existing book of business through outstanding customer service.

  • Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance.
