Job description

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Relations Representative within our Fuel division. This position falls under our NAT/NAL lines of business and is in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will provide business to business (B2B) support through inbound emails and phone calls to resolve client and cardholder requests to ensure satisfaction and retention. This position is responsible for assisting with various aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services to support client retention. You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and regularly collaborate with other internal departments.

As a Customer Relations Representative you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment; manage special projects without compromising other responsibilities.
  • Highly responsive to customer emails (Cases) and support customer calls when necessary; utilize available tools to track appointments and manage priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of products, services, and systems; ability to proactively train and recommend best practices to clients.
  • Effectively interact with internal departments to support customer base.
  • Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge, best practices, business policy, resolution procedures, and resource utilization for a primary product or service
  • Meet minimum productivity requirements in regard to department goals and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Education or equivalent, required.
  • 2+ Office environment experience
  • Successful B2B experience preferred with ability to be coached, initiative, and desire to have successful career path within.
  • Must maintain an attendance record within company standards, and remain knowledgeable of new products, services, and procedures.
  • Excellent level of personal organization. Demonstrated, strong people skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively communicate our product offerings and functionality.
  • Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
  • Proficient phone and computer skills; Ability to answer and manage inbound calls, make outbound calls, and work with the other internal departments.
