Job description

The Customer Quality Engineer serves as the conduit between the end Customer and our manufacturing & developmental teams; ensuring that products meet or exceed customer requirements. In this role, the Customer Quality Engineer is involved in the technical aspects of products and the expectations of the customer; providing a continuous improvement cycle for the product/processes.

The Customer Quality Engineer serves as the primary contact for specified customers - maintaining customer websites (as applicable), addressing customer complaints (Corrective action process) and maintaining customer satisfaction metrics. The Customer Quality Engineer supports change management activity such as PPAP, New Launch requirements; effectively communicating to the customers.
