In this role, you’ll partner with our advisors to create seamless client onboarding experiences, set up new accounts, and keep client files flawless and compliant. What You’ll Do:


Drive Client Onboarding & Account Execution

  • Properly establish new client financial accounts by preparing and submitting all required documentation.
  • Review paperwork for absolute completeness and accuracy to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Prepare essential forms and materials for client meetings, ensuring advisors have real-time, accurate data.
  • Submit and track all required account documentation, actively following through to successful completion.

Maintain Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Create and maintain new customer files that are highly organized and fully compliant with industry regulations.
  • Prepare required ongoing operational forms related to the maintenance of existing client accounts.
  • Leverage internal systems to maintain secure, consistent, and high-quality documentation controls across all workflows.

Deliver Service Excellence

  • Resolve internal and external customer inquiries with clarity, speed, and professionalism.
  • Maintain strict team standards as set out in our Service Level Agreement (SLA) timing and performance commitments.
  • Provide top-tier customer service to all internal team members and external client contacts.
