We're seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a 3-month project to help bring accuracy, organization, and visibility to our client's financial records. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cleaning up data, solving discrepancies, and keeping financial operations running smoothly.


What You'll Do

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
  • Assist with month-end close activities
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Prepare financial reports and support financial analysis
  • Ensure records are organized, accurate, and audit-ready
