Job Description - Customer Onboarding Manager
Reports To: Director of Customer Success
Department: Customer Success
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
Work with new clients to configure and set up their new site or sites, including overseeing importing of data from their previous software or other storage medium.
Key Responsibilities
Training Clients Using Prescribed Onboarding Process
  • Engage with current customers to support the customer experience.
  • Work with clients to understand and help them overcome their business challenges.
  • Build and configure new client sites, oversee importing of data for clients, and collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure their AxisCare site is built for their success.
  • Remain knowledgeable about any and all updates to the AxisCare platform.
  • Generate future opportunities by discovering and understanding the needs of our customers.

Communication with Clients, Keeping them On Track and Envisioned
  • Provide phone, email, and/or video assistance for customer configuration questions as they come in.
  • Managing the client project from start to finish

Teamwork - contribution to the team in communication, webinars, meeting participation, etc.
  • Assist with various Customer Success projects.
  • Serve as a product expert, capable of assisting other AxisCare team members on questions they might have.
  • Participate in the creation of customer success content for our user base (Help Center Articles, Support Videos, and more).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Customer Success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Utilization of software and email to perform job functions.
  • Will need to conduct camera-on videoconferencing for customer calls.
