Position Summary:

This role is responsible for driving business results by delivering insights and actionablerecommendationsto Supply Chain decision makers. Responsible for managing assigned standard and ad hoc projects within the prescribed best practice framework while working closely with stakeholders. Responsible for developing and presenting insightstothe business. Responsible for maintaining all assigned routine reporting.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Havea natural curiosity and passion to solve problems.
  • Guide decision makers through creation of well-rounded actionable insights that will drive, sustainable growth and cost savings; supports strategy implementation.
  • Champion analytic insights with business teams and build excellent strong cross-functional relationships to drive the business integration of insights.
  • Design and implement reporting and dashboards that track and visually communicate key business metrics/KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Capture, document, and share Supply Chain analytical requirements with technical data specialists to support data engineering, reporting and dashboards development.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure warehouse, transportation and inventory performance, trends and benchmarks.
  • Serves as consultant driving value-added insights for internal customers.
  • Support thebest practices within analytic insights through standardization of methods, tools, and knowledge-sharing to maximize group efficiency and impact; create a data-driven culture.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Here'swhatyou'llneed:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 3 years' experience with software applications used for data quantitative and statistical analyses and visualizationrequired. Experience with data mining and analysis projects and presenting to decision makersrequired.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes such as warehouse management, transportation management, purchasing/replenishment, forecasting, inventory management preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Project management skills and attention to detail.Ability to define problems, collect data,establishfacts, drawconclusions,and recommendconcisesolutions.Knowledge of analytical, quantitative & statistical approaches to derive insights from large, data sets, solving complex, ambiguous business problems using businessacumen.Ability to effectively present information with visualizations with a focus on telling an impactful story.
  • Exceptional Excel (e.g.,Formulas, Pivot Tables,etc.) and PowerPointrequired.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting, data discovery and visualization tools such asMS PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau or similar. Experience with scripting languages such as R, Python or SQL preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
