Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Galesburg, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standards
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
  • Train and develop team members to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store targets and improve overall performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in hands-on operations as needed, including food preparation and delivery

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
