Customer Experience Specialist (CSI)City KIA – Orlando, FL 

is growing, and we are looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Experience Team.

If you have experience in hospitality, guest services, hotels, theme parks, retail, call centers, or customer service — we want to meet you. Former Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and hotel industry employees are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
  • Assist with CSI surveys and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and communication
