Customer Enrollment Representative

WorldWise Recruiters is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing startup in Lombard, IL, focused on customer enrollment and sales solutions for leading telecommunications brands. As they expand across the Chicagoland Area, they're looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Enrollment Representative to join their growing team.

This is an entry-level position offering hands-on training and real career growth in customer service, sales, and client support.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective customers, explaining products and answering questions
  • Present service options in a clear, engaging way to drive new enrollments
  • Guide customers through the full enrollment process, including paperwork and follow-up
  • Support the sales team by helping identify leads and follow through on outreach
