Job description

We are hiring a full-time Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Associate for our Orlando office. This position is focused on helping customers in-person, answering questions, explaining available services, and assisting with the customer enrollment or sales process.
This is an on-site role, not remote. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face, working with a team, and learning basic customer service and sales responsibilities. Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in-person with questions, service information, and account options
Explain available products, services, or promotions
Support the customer enrollment or sales process
Provide a positive and helpful experience with customers
Learn basic product knowledge and company procedures

Qualifications
