To thrive as an Enrollment Services Representative, you typically need knowledge of admissions processes, attention to detail, and a background in customer service or higher education, often supported by an associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with student information systems (SIS), CRM software, and document management tools is commonly required.
