What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced individual who is passionate about customer enablement and has a proven talent for making complex topics easy to understand. You excel at rapidly mastering new technologies, leading content development initiatives, and driving meaningful impact through high-quality learning experiences. This role is a perfect fit for you if you have a strong track record in content development or deep subject matter expertise (e.g., from a consulting, support, or admin background) and are ready to take on greater ownership of projects and set the bar for content quality. Whether your background is in content creation or deep product expertise, you are motivated by empowering our customers through clear, effective, and scalable learning experiences. This role is designed for an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of multi-modal learning content projects, including presentations, guides, hands-on training, assessments, event content, and video-based training - from scoping through delivery.
  • Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise on Salesforce products.
  • Translate complex product concepts into simple, accessible, and effective learning content for our customers.
  • Drive collaboration with content strategists, product managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy, relevance, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead content maintenance efforts and ensure timely updates in response to product releases.
  • Define, uphold, and advance quality standards for all learning deliverables, serving as a quality bar-raiser for the team.
  • Stay current with our product, audience, and business drivers to ensure content is always relevant and impactful.
  • Actively leverage AI tools to optimize content development workflows, enhance content quality, and drive efficiency - and help establish best practices for AI-assisted content development across the team.


Required Qualifications

  • One of the following: 6+ years of experience in a role requiring deep product knowledge (e.g., --Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Manager, Support Engineer, Product Support, Salesforce Administrator) with a demonstrated track record of teaching, training, or enabling others. OR 6+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content development projects, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A passion for technology and a talent for explaining complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance work processes and content development workflows.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Salesforce products and technologies.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content development tools and workflows (e.g., using generative AI for content drafting, research, or localization).
  • Experience creating and leading educational content (e.g., writing knowledge base articles, recording short tutorials, leading training sessions, presenting at user groups or conferences).
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Background in technical writing or software documentation.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with learning management systems and content development tools.
