PT 20 - 25 hours per week

Position Summary:
Parent Education Bridge for Student Achievement Foundation is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Curriculum Development & Social Media Specialist to support the design, development, and enhancement of high-quality educational curriculum, instructional materials, and digital content for parent engagement, workforce development, technology, and community-based educational programs.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer in both English and Spanish, with strong curriculum design experience, social media expertise, and the ability to create engaging, professional, and visually appealing educational and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development
Design and develop educational curriculum, lesson plans, workshop outlines, and instructional materials
Create engaging and culturally responsive content for diverse audiences including parents, youth, and community members
Ensure curriculum aligns with organizational goals, program objectives, and educational standards
Continuously improve curriculum based on program feedback and emerging needs
Content Writing & Translation
Write clear, professional, and engaging curriculum content in English and Spanish
Translate educational materials and workshop content accurately between English and Spanish
Ensure written materials are culturally responsive and easy to understand
Maintain high standards of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and professional writing
Presentation & Training Material Development
Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for workshops, trainings, and staff development

Organize materials in a structured and easy-to-follow format
Social Media & Digital Marketing

Create engaging bilingual content including posts, flyers, promotional campaigns, and short-form videos
Support brand awareness and digital outreach initiatives
Develop marketing content that promotes workshops, trainings, educational programs, and special events

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required (Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field preferred)
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish required

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint required
