Vocational Nursing Program Director for Torrance Campus


Program: Vocational Nursing


Education: Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Education.


Licensure: Current, unencumbered RN license for California

Teaching Experience: Minimum one year of teaching experience in nursing education.

Clinical Experience: Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience as RN

Administrative / Leadership Experience:

Supervising faculty, curriculum development, program assessment/accreditation, budget oversight, policy development, and sometimes recruitment of faculty. Strong skills in evaluation, program outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

Interpersonal / Leadership Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with diverse student, faculty, and staff populations. Capacity to lead program improvements and strategic planning initiatives.


Salary based on experience, education and qualifications.
