Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Culinary Operations Manager at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. 

The Culinary Operations Manager is the lead culinary person responsible for supervising all culinary operations for a Little Caesars concession location within a stadium or arena environment. This role combines high-volume concession management with culinary leadership, ensuring that all food - including pizzas, wings, Crazy Bread, and other menu items - is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality, speed, and safety.
This position is often seasonal and event-based, operating under the supervision of the Director of Concessions, and is a key driver of the guest experience on event days.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Kitchen Management
   Train, lead, and supervise kitchen personnel during events and shifts
   Coordinate and oversee all culinary activities, including opening, closing, and shift transitions
   Support and collaborate with the broader food and beverage team during peak event periods
Food Preparation & Quality
   Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars recipes and event specifications
   Select, develop, and standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality across all service lines
   Establish presentation techniques and quality standards; maintain freshness and portion accuracy
   Operate Little Caesars' Pizza Pride Production System and work across multiple stations as needed
Concession Operations & Logistics
   Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food and supplies accordingly
   Take and process customer orders accurately, whether in person or via digital systems, ensuring items are ready on time
   Monitor and restock ingredients, sauces, and packaging supplies throughout shifts
   Plan and price menus; oversee special catering events
Equipment, Safety & Sanitation
   Operate and maintain kitchen equipment - including ovens, mixers, and fryers - safely and efficiently
   Ensure proper equipment maintenance and prompt reporting of operational issues
   Maintain a hygienic kitchen and service area; clean and sanitize prep surfaces, utensils, and equipment
   Follow all Aramark and Little Caesars food safety, health, and sanitation standards
Guest Experience
   Deliver friendly, efficient service and address customer concerns professionally
   Promote the Little Caesars brand through consistent, high-quality product and service
   Offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques to team members as needed

Qualifications

   At least 2-3 years of experience in a related culinary or food service position
   At least 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
   Advanced knowledge of culinary principles, practices, and food safety standards
   Experience managing people and resolving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
   Strong verbal, reading, and written communication skills
   Valid food handler's permit (required for most culinary roles)
   Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move food and equipment
   Proficiency with Little Caesars' Pizza Pride Production System preferred
   Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills
Work Environment
   Stadium or arena concession area, often with high foot traffic and multiple service lines
   Seasonal or event-based schedule, potentially including weekends and evenings
   May require working outdoors or in varying weather conditions
