Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in restaurants, bars, banquets, or other dining outlets to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient workflows, and adherence to company standards. This role supports management by supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure smooth service flow during shifts, including peak hours.
  • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards (health codes, sanitation, etc.).
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Team Supervision
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Assign duties and manage staff schedules.
  • Train new employees on company policies, service standards, and procedures.
  • Address employee performance issues and provide feedback.
Customer Service
  • Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.
