The Culinary Supervisor will direct and oversee line level colleagues on culinary tasks and performances, check quality of finished food products, and ensure efficient preparation methods and procedures. This position supports the Sous Chef/ Chef de Cuisine in the kitchen's operation and is capable of assuming the responsibility of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine. This is a great opportunity if you desire to pursue leadership roles in the Culinary Arts.

• Ordering & Receiving products from the storeroom
• Utilizing the proper storage procedures per the Chef de Cuisine guidelines
• Preparing daily specials & recipes
• Entry Level Computer Skills related to Microsoft Office
• Ensuring the proper amount for needed food preparation
• Support in the supervision, training and development of the culinary team
• Assist in the monitoring of payroll cost and overtime
