Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our growing team.
Cardinal View Senior Living recently opened in fall of 2021 and is easily accessible, right off the Beltline in Middleton, WI.  We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 104-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services.  Cardinal View was named to honor the Middleton Area High School Cardinals and is proud to be locally owned!
Shifts Available: Part time including rotating weekends.
Wage: $15.45-$18.80 an hour wage is based on experience

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being. Duties include:
  • Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
  • Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
  • Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
  • Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
  • Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills.
