Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill

• Supply Chain Domain experience in one or more functional areas – Planning, Procurement, Distribution (Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics), Order Management preferably in Business consulting arm of companies like Cognizant, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro etc.

• Experienced in manufacturing industry in one or more sub-verticals; automotive, aerospace, industrial, process manufacturing.

• Experience as a solution architect / functional consultant in one or more COTS Solutions:

§ Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9, BlueYonder, Coupa, Zycus, iValua etc.

§ SCM Modules of leading ERPs (SAP, Oracle, D365 etc.)

• Prefer 2 or more COTS solution implementations experience in Solution design and user acceptance testing.

• APICS – CSCP, CLTD, CPIM or other Industry standard certifications preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ability to engage at CXO levels and articulate on offerings.

• Lead Consulting engagements independently, Client stakeholder management at multiple levels and successfully deliver engagements at client locations (Travel as needed, about 75% of time.)

• Ability to define transformation strategy and roadmap, Business Process Harmonization, Requirements baselining and solution Fit-Gap assessment. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and convert them to qualified leads.

• Lead Go-To-Market & Thought Leadership initiatives.

• Conceptualize and develop Solutions & Offerings and create reusable assets & frameworks.
