We are looking for Kinaxis Solution Consultant for our client Austin, TX

Job Title: Kinaxis Solution Consultant

Job Location: Austin, TX

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
  • 5+ years of Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro implementation experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience authoring Kinaxis workbooks and planning models.
  • Expertise in one or more areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP/IBP, Capacity Planning.
  • Experience conducting business requirements workshops.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, configuration, and solution design.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP, and Capacity Planning.
  • Facilitate solution design workshops and fit-gap assessments.
  • Author and configure Kinaxis workbooks, worksheets, measures, scorecards, dashboards, alerts, hierarchies, and planning models.
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and configuration specifications.
  • Collaborate with business users to validate planning processes and solution outcomes.
  • Configure and support planning workflows, automation chains, and exception management.
  • Participate in data validation, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Create functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
  • Recommend supply chain process improvements and best practices leveraging Kinaxis capabilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Kinaxis Certification (Author, Solution Consultant, or related certifications).
  • Experience in Semiconductor, High-Tech, Manufacturing, or Industrial domains.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA.
  • APICS/CSCP/CPIM certification is a plus.
