  • Develop and execute broad commodity strategies for MITER Brands
  • Manage 3–4 subcategories
  • Develop supplier and commodity cost-down strategies
  • Analyze and communicate market intelligence and trends
  • Lead commercial negotiations and commercial QBRs
  • Conduct and analyze RFQs
  • Establish and curate strategic, critical, and tactical supplier relationships
  • Engage with supplier executives and review supplier reports
  • Lead routine supplier reviews and support supplier quality improvements
  • Recommend supplier audits
  • Identify optimal terms across the enterprise
  • Support product rationalization and harmonization efforts
  • Drive and monitor supplier performance improvements
  • Develop category-level strategies and create analysis reports
  • Maintain relationships with sustaining engineering, NPD engineering, and product management
  • Achieve lower costs and help create a competitive advantage
Requirements
  • BA/BS required
