What is a Crisis RN?

A Crisis RN (Registered Nurse) is a nursing professional who is deployed to work in high-stress, urgent situations where there is a critical shortage of staff or a sudden increase in patient needs, such as during natural disasters, pandemics, or hospital surges. Crisis RNs are skilled in quickly adapting to new environments and providing high-quality patient care under pressure.
