Operating in a dynamic luxury resort environment where discretion, sound judgment, precision, and composure are essential, the ADCMR plays a key role in fostering a culture of preparedness, resilience, and operational excellence. - Analyze developing situations and operational disruptions, delivering concise executive briefings, impact assessments, and decision-support products that facilitate informed leadership decision-making during rapidly evolving events.
- Lead the development and delivery of resilience-focused training programs, exercises, simulations, and tabletop exercises, strengthening organizational preparedness, response capabilities, recovery readiness, and leadership confidence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business partners, providing expert guidance on crisis management, business continuity, emergency preparedness, operational resilience, and recovery planning.
- Coordinate the development, maintenance, and testing of business continuity and recovery plans, ensuring critical business functions can be sustained or restored efficiently following disruptive events.
- Develop and present executive-level reports, dashboards, assessments, and performance metrics that measure organizational resilience, preparedness, exercise outcomes, incident trends, and continuous improvement opportunities.

- Maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, emergency services organizations, industry associations, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving threats, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support and mentor personnel involved in crisis management, emergency response, and resilience initiatives, helping build organizational capability and leadership capacity across all functional areas.
- Exercise sound judgment and leadership during high-pressure situations, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, composure, and a commitment to guest, employee, and organizational safety.
- Provide 24/7 crisis management and incident response support, including emergency coordination, executive briefings, Crisis Management Team facilitation, stakeholder communications, and liaison with first responders and external agencies.
- Lead post-incident reviews, lessons learned processes, corrective action planning, and improvement initiatives, ensuring operational insights are integrated into resilience strategies, plans, training programs, and governance processes.
