Job Title: Lead Driver - IND Location


SkyHop Global, one of the premier ground transportation companies for airline crews, is seeking a Lead Driver for our IND location. We specialize in transporting pilots and flight attendants during their layovers. If you're a leader with a passion for transportation and a commitment to safety, join our fast-growing team!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and schedule a fleet of drivers based on airline schedules.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and team-building for drivers.
  • Assist the Station Manager in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and mentoring drivers.
  • Oversee daily fleet vehicle maintenance, inspections, and communication with the Fleet Manager.
  • Conduct safety audits and lead regular safety meetings.
  • Safely transport airline crew members between airports and hotels in a safe, courteous manner.
  • Ensure timely completion of paperwork and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain professional relationships with airport ground transportation personnel.

Requirements:

  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Clean driving record with no moving violations.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be 21 years old (DOT requirement) and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
  • Must be able to speak conversational English.
  • Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card.
