  • Partner with business line, operational, and channel leaders to align marketing, product strategy, and customer experience initiatives while ensuring effective execution across frontline delivery and customer touchpoints.
  • Leverage voice-of-customer insights, analytics, market research, and behavioral data to inform marketing strategies, product decisions, customer experience improvements, and enterprise growth initiatives.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness, product performance, customer engagement, and return on investment, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing and Product Strategy team, including talent development, performance management, departmental planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and alignment with enterprise priorities.

Your Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product strategy, or related functions, including responsibility for enterprise marketing strategy, brand, and growth initiatives.
  • Experience developing and executing product strategies, including pricing, positioning, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of deposit or consumer banking products preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered.
