This role owns end-to-end campaign execution - from audience segmentation and journey design through deployment, testing, and performance optimization. Using CRM data, the CRM Campaign Manager builds precise audience segments and delivers personalized messaging across channels including email, and other digital touchpoints, supporting growth in clinical programs, primary care, cash-pay and destination services.

  • Advanced analytical skills to monitor performance and drive optimization, using data insights and KPIs (conversion, engagement, retention) to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Advanced project management skills, with the ability to manage complex campaigns end-to-end, delivering on time and within budget with strong attention to detail.
