Job description

Description
About the Role
As CRM Campaign Specialist (New Locations), you will own the end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and postal campaigns for every newly acquired and greenfield office that joins the MyEyeDr. family. Working at the intersection of marketing operations and growth, you'll evaluate new patient lists, set up and deploy launch communications, and monitor early campaign performance to ensure every new location gets off to a strong start.
You'll partner closely with the Integrations team to coordinate go-live communications and resolve any issues that arise. In a company that continues to grow through acquisitions and de novo expansion, your work directly shapes how patients experience their new MyEyeDr. office from day one.
This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA office, with an in-office requirement of two days per week.
The hiring range for this position is $82,300 to $92,300 annually, exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary), based on experience and proximity to the Vienna Home Office.
You Will
  • Own the setup and deployment of email, SMS, and postal campaigns for all newly acquired offices, ensuring accurate targeting, brand-compliant creative, and on-time delivery.
  • Own the setup and deployment of launch campaigns for greenfield offices, building communications from the ground up to establish connection with new patient populations.
  • Evaluate list size and composition for each new location to inform launch strategy and help determine the right mix of channels and messaging for the market.
  • Monitor early-stage automated campaign performance across new locations, identifying delivery issues, low engagement signals, or data anomalies and taking corrective action quickly.
  • Partner closely with the Integrations team to coordinate communication go-lives, provide timely updates on campaign status, and troubleshoot any issues that arise as new offices come online.
  • Serve as a responsive and professional point of contact for business partners involved in new location launches, incorporating feedback and communicating clearly on timelines and deliverables.
  • Contribute to ongoing design and content improvements for campaign templates, bringing fresh ideas and a high standard for quality to every message we send.
  • Maintain meticulous records of campaign setups, launch timelines, and performance results to support continuous improvement and cross-team alignment.
  • Flag patterns or recurring issues across new location campaigns to help the broader team improve processes and scale effectively as the network grows.

About You
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or multi-channel campaign management, with hands-on experience setting up and deploying campaigns end to end.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail-you review every deployment with care, catch errors before they go out, and hold yourself to a high standard on every send.
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms (such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar); comfort with direct mail or postal campaign logistics is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns across different locations or markets without letting anything fall through the cracks.
  • Professional and diplomatic communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional partners, accept and incorporate feedback gracefully, and navigate competing priorities with composure.
  • Strong analytical instincts-you can read campaign performance data, identify what looks off, and know when and how to escalate.
  • Experience evaluating audience lists for quality and composition, with an understanding of how list characteristics affect messaging strategy.
  • Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment while also being resourceful when something unexpected comes up.
  • Collaborative and dependable team player who follows through on commitments and proactively communicates status to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for crafting great patient communications-you care about the message, not just the send, and are willing to go the extra mile to make it right.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, or a similarly regulated or operationally complex environment is a plus.

Grow with Us
  • Career Development and Training Opportunities
