Job description

The Global Electronics Association is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager. The Digital Campaign Manager plans and executes high-quality, multichannel campaigns across the Association's portfolios, events, and regions while managing day-to-day agency activity, channel performance, testing, and optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive approved campaign briefs from Product Marketing Leads and translate them into executable plans covering audiences, channels, sequencing, assets, budget, milestones, testing, and measurement requirements. Build and deploy campaigns across email, digital advertising, paid social, search, display, programmatic channels, and web landing pages.
  • Build the campaign layer in HubSpot and Salesforce environments, including workflows, email deployment, campaign audiences, segmentation, tracking, and A/B tests.
  • Own paid-media execution and optimization, including audience targeting, media-plan implementation, budget pacing, testing, and performance decisions.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for marketing agency partners: provide briefs, review outputs, give feedback, manage timelines, and escalate strategic or performance issues appropriately.
  • Review campaign performance with the Data Analytics Manager and adjust targeting, sequencing, messaging application, channel mix, and spend based on evidence.
  • Execute event marketing campaigns for APEX EXPO, EWPTE, WHMA, IEMI, CEMAC and regional events from approved Product Marketing briefs, including registration, email programs, digital advertising, and post-event follow-up.
  • Execute regional campaign adaptations with Product Marketing and regional stakeholders while protecting approved positioning and brand standards. Coordinate with Content and Creative to secure campaign-ready assets and with Marketing Operations to ensure proper intake, scheduling, platform support, and data hygiene.
  • Report campaign status, performance, optimization decisions, risks, and next actions to Product Marketing and Marketing services leadership.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' digital marketing experience and progressive experience planning and executing multichannel digital campaigns in a B2B, association, membership, events, or comparable environment; hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM campaign execution, email marketing, audience segmentation, paid media, landing pages, A/B testing, agency/vendor management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience marketing large events, professional education, membership, standards, or technical products; experience executing campaigns across regions and adapting plans for local audiences; working knowledge of conversion optimization, attribution, lifecycle nurturing, and privacy-conscious audience practices.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and or certification, and major digital advertising platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM campaign execution, email marketing, paid-media platforms, landing pages, audience segmentation, tracking, and A/B testing.
