Job description

Job Description Our client is hiring for a Sr. Manager, Treasury in Lawrenceville, GA. This role serves as the senior leader for Treasury and Credit functions at an ESOP organization spanning multiple business units, including chemical distribution and third-party warehousing.

The Sr. Manager will own banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and credit compliance while providing leadership and accountability for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is a true player-coach position, blending hands-on technical execution with team leadership over Credit and Transaction Specialist roles.

It's an opportunity to shape long-term liquidity strategy while fostering an ownership culture across the finance function. Responsibilities: Own banking relationships and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, partnering with the CFO and Director of Accounting on strategic priorities Lead Credit and Collections functions, including lender reporting, covenant compliance, and ABL structure management Oversee AR and AP Transaction Specialists, driving accuracy and efficiency across postings, invoicing, and disbursements Build and lead the Treasury team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability Qualifications: Proven experience in Treasury and Credit leadership, including cash forecasting, ABL structures, and covenant compliance Hands-on experience managing lender relationships, borrowing base certificates, and financial covenant reporting Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team of Credit, Collections, or Transaction Specialists Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of internal controls across treasury, AP, and AR
