Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while
assisting with order taking, food preparation, store cleanliness, and daily operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers in person and over the phone professionally
Accurately take customer orders using the POS system
Prepare pizzas and menu items according to standards
Maintain cleanliness of the store and prep areas
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Assist with stocking inventory and supplies

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
