Description

EMSL is seeking a Credit and Collections Representative in Cinnaminson, NJ. This is a hands on role performing business to business collections. Essential duties and responsibilities include performing business to business collections by contacting delinquent customer accounts, maintaining customer files, researching billing and payment discrepancies, processing credit card and ACH payments, assisting with setting up payment schedules as needed per manager's approval, providing customers with reports, invoices and statements when requested, and other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the manager.

Qualifications

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent, authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship, minimum of three years' experience in business to business collections, proficient in MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clientele, ability to work in a high volume environment, problem solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team with self-motivation, adaptability and a positive attitude, effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal assistance.

Available Shift: Position is full-time Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cinnaminson, NJ are encouraged to apply.
