Responsibilities

  • Coordinate credentialing processes for new hires and vendors to ensure timely onboarding.

  • Verify licenses, certifications, and approvals against regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines in all credentialing activities.

  • Maintain and update credentialing records with accuracy and audit readiness.

  • Track credentialing pipelines and provide status updates to stakeholders weekly.

  • Generate and analyze metrics to measure credentialing efficiency and cycle time.

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to resolve credential gaps swiftly.

  • Assist in maintaining secure documentation and controlled access to sensitive credentials.

  • Identify process improvements to streamline credentialing workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

  • Prepare reports on credentialing milestones for leadership review and forecasting.

  • Support training initiatives to upskill team members on credentialing best practices.


Experience/Qualifications

  • 3+ years in credentialing, regulatory compliance, or on-boarding administration.

  • Strong knowledge of licensing, certification, and regulatory guidelines applicable to roles.
