About the job Credentialing Manager
My client is seeking a strong credentialing manager for their growing staffing firm.
The ideal candidate will have five years of onboarding and credentialing management experience, with an ability to adapt quickly.
Day to Day
• Work with recruitment to team successfully onboard contract employees
• Work with contract staff to complete internal and external medical and administrative tasks
• Follow up and document all updated licenses and medical documents
• Communicate with client contacts on the status on pending applications
• Work with temporary placements to complete required documentation for Joint Commission compliance
• Schedule background screenings and medical screening requirements for specific facilities
• Track and organize daily activity for clear communication with Recruitment Staff
• Work with Clinical Director to ensure Joint Commission policies are being executed
