We are currently seeking a full-time Studio Manager at Hamilton Place! 
The Skills You’ll Bring:  
  • At least 18 years of age with high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (college degree preferred) 
  • 2+ years of proven leadership experience, including performance management and team development, in retail, sales, service, or photography 
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults
  • Strong math and intermediate computer skills
Job Description:  
The Studio Manager leads the day-to-day operations of a portrait photography studio, inspiring a high-performing team while providing an excellent customer experience
  • Deliver remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery journey
  • Execute established procedures for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography
  • Lead, coach, and develop Studio Team Members 
  • Drive results in sales performance and customer satisfaction
