Role Description

This 3-month, part-time Administrative Assistant Internship offers hands-on exposure to a creative studio environment. The intern will:

·       Support daily office operations, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and organizing digital and physical files. 

·       Handle incoming and outgoing calls and messages, greet visitors, and route inquiries with professional phone and email etiquette. 

·       Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and basic recordkeeping. 

·       Support executive leadership with administrative needs and meeting logistics. 

·       Collaborate with production and marketing teams to support ongoing projects and internal processes. 


This internship is designed to provide practical experience, mentoring, and insight into creative studio workflows, not to replace a full-time administrative employee.

·       Comfort using common office software and online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, email, calendars). 

·       Demonstrated reliability, discretion with confidential information, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. 

·       High school diploma or equivalent required; current enrollment in or recent completion of a college program in Business, Marketing, Administrative, Communications, or a related field is preferred. 

·       Interest in the creative, media, or entertainment industry and willingness to learn studio workflows. 

Schedule & Duration

·       Approx. 20-hours per week (mutually agreed schedule). 

·       3-month internship, with potential for extension or future paid opportunities based on performance and business needs. 

·       Hybrid: Some on-site presence in Miramar, FL, with flexibility to work remotely for specified tasks.
