Position Summary...If you're passionate about creative production and thrive behind the scenes making complex operations run seamlessly, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact. As Manager, Creative Studio Samples Management, you will lead the sourcing, tracking, organization, and movement of products and samples that power Walmart Creative's photography, video, and content productions. You'll combine operational excellence, team leadership, and process improvement to ensure productions are set up for success.

Walmart Creative is Walmart's in-house creative agency, responsible for developing breakthrough creative work that connects with customers and drives business results. Within Walmart Creative, the Content Studio serves as our on-site production capability, bringing together experts in photography, video, design, animation, and emerging technologies to create compelling customer experiences. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our productions have the products, processes, and operational support needed to deliver exceptional creative work at scale. What you'll do...
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for product and sample management across multiple creative production workstreams.
  • Oversee inventory tracking, sourcing, transportation, storage, and disposition of products and samples throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Partner with creative, merchandising, marketing, production, and external teams to ensure seamless product readiness and execution.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing processes, improving workflows, and maintaining accurate tracking systems and inventory records.
  • Identify and resolve risks proactively while supporting production readiness, budget management, and continuous process improvement.
What you'll bring…
  • Experience supporting creative production, retail marketing, merchandising, studio operations, or related environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage large-scale inventories and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Understanding of production workflows, logistics, inventory management, and operational process improvement.
  • Ability to leverage data, systems, and technology to improve visibility, efficiency, and execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
