Job description

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Studio Operations Coordinator to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our creative studio spaces.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping spaces organized and presentable, and can stay calm and solution-focused when challenges arise.


What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Front desk coverage and client hospitality
  • Greeting clients and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure
  • Preparing studio spaces before bookings
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
  • Assisting with scheduling, administrative tasks, and studio operations
  • Monitoring bookings and ensuring rooms are ready on time
  • Conducting studio walkthroughs before and after rentals
  • Assisting with client questions and problem-solving
  • Coordinating with management regarding studio needs and maintenance issues
  • Supporting special events, productions, rehearsals, and studio rentals
  • Ensuring company standards are maintained throughout the day

Schedule

Part-time position with flexible hours.
Evening and weekend availability is a plus.
