Paid Social Media

  • Own strategy, planning, execution,optimizationand reporting for all paid social media initiatives across Meta, TikTok,Pinterestand emerging channels.

  • Build and manage campaigns directly within adplatforms, continuouslyoptimizingaudiences, creative, budgets,placementsand bidding strategies to maximize performance.

  • Manage paid social media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation ofinvestmentand maximizing CTR and other key metrics against businessobjectives.

  • Stay current on platform capabilities, industry trends and best practices, implementing new features and testing opportunities that improve campaign effectiveness.

Influencer & Brand Ambassador Marketing

  • Partner with internal and external creators to develop high-performing, platform-native content.

  • Overseethe complete lifecycle of influencer and brand ambassador partnerships fromrecruitmentthrough execution.

  • Build andmaintaina scalable influencer program and content library that supports both organic and paid media initiatives.

Organic Social Media & Community Management

  • Own the organic social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube,Pinterestand future platforms.

Digital Marketing

  • Support broader digital marketing initiatives and channels, including Google Ads, YouTube,retailmediaand other key platforms as needed.

  • Collaborate with channel owners to develop cohesive omnichannel campaign strategies that maximize consumer reach and campaign effectiveness.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve campaign planning, content development, reporting, workflowefficiencyand marketing performance.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track, measure, and analyze performance (impressions, clicks, CTR, engagement, etc.) tooptimizecontent and campaigns in real time.

  • Regularly communicate performance,learningsand optimization opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Manage budgets responsibly, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the social media subject matter expertand the voice of the consumerwithin the organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+years of social media management and content development experience (CPG/FMCG experiencea plus).

  • Hands-on experience building, managing,optimizingand reporting on paid social media campaigns.

  • Deep knowledge of social platforms and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

  • Strong strategicand cultural awareness skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to measure campaign performance, analyze large datasets usingExceland translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Clear, compelling communicator-able to translate social performance and opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with a bias toward action, continuous learning, and problem solving.

  • Copywriting skills a plus.

  • Hands-on experience in Google Adsor YouTubeAdsa plus.
