Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist: Creative & Contentis responsible fordeveloping, producing, coordinating, andmaintainingthe creative content that bringsInspire'sbrands, communities, homes, destinations, and marketing campaigns to life.

This is a highly creative, hands-on role responsible for translating marketing strategies and business priorities into compelling visual, written, digital, video, social, and print content.

The Marketing Specialist: Creative & Content will serve as a central creative resource for the Marketing team, partnering closely with New Developments, Paid Media, Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns have the high-quality, relevant, and engaging content necessary to perform.

This individual should be equally comfortable developing a social media concept, writing campaign copy,creatingor coordinating a digital advertisement, editing a video, building sales collateral, refreshing website content, or developing the creative direction fora new marketinginitiative.

What You'll Do
  • Develop compelling creative content supporting Inspire's communities, homes, destinations, new developments, campaigns, promotions, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain engaging organic social media content that supports Inspire's brands and communities.
  • Partner closely with Inspire's paid media specialists to develop the creative assets necessary to support campaign performance.
  • Create and coordinate photo and video content for communities, homes, destinations, events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Write engaging, concise, brand-appropriate marketing copy across multiple channels.
  • Help maintain and strengthen Inspire's visual and written brand standards.
  • Develop creative materials supporting individual community and property marketing needs.
  • Create and update marketing content for Inspire websites and landing pages.
  • Partner with Marketing team members to translate campaign strategies into complete creative packages.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar aligned with marketing priorities, campaigns, seasons, promotions, and events.
  • Develop strategies for gathering authentic content from community teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing leadership, Marketing Specialist: New Developments, Marketing Strategist: Paid Media & Performance, Marketing Strategist: Social Media & Performance, Sales, Operations, HubSpot/CRM, Community teams, Website partners, Photographers, videographers, designers, and other external creative resources.
