Job description

For more than thirty years, Inspire Communities and its predecessor companies have developed, acquired, and managed manufactured housing communities nationwide. Today we are one of the country’s largest owners and operators of manufactured housing communities and recreational vehicle resorts. We create vibrant, affordable communities for working families and retirees and attractive vacation destinations for seasonal travelers. With financial sponsorship from one of the world’s largest alternative investment managers, we bring institutional discipline to our entrepreneurial roots and are positioned for continued significant growth.

Why Choose Inspire Communities?

At Inspire Communities, we empower our employees to grow, succeed, and make a difference—both in our communities and in their careers. If you’re looking for a rewarding role where your work is valued, apply today!

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist: Creative & Content is responsible for developing, producing, coordinating, and maintaining the creative content that brings Inspire’s brands, communities, homes, destinations, and marketing campaigns to life.

This is a highly creative, hands-on role responsible for translating marketing strategies and business priorities into compelling visual, written, digital, video, social, and print content.

The Marketing Specialist: Creative & Content will serve as a central creative resource for the Marketing team, partnering closely with New Developments, Paid Media, Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns have the high-quality, relevant, and engaging content necessary to perform.

This individual should be equally comfortable developing a social media concept, writing campaign copy, creating or coordinating a digital advertisement, editing a video, building sales collateral, refreshing website content, or developing the creative direction for a new marketing initiative.

What You'll Do
  • Develop compelling creative content supporting Inspire’s communities, homes, destinations, new developments, campaigns, promotions, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain engaging organic social media content that supports Inspire’s brands and communities.
  • Partner closely with Inspire’s paid media specialists to develop the creative assets necessary to support campaign performance.
  • Create and coordinate photo and video content for communities, homes, destinations, events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Write engaging, concise, brand-appropriate marketing copy across multiple channels.
  • Help maintain and strengthen Inspire’s visual and written brand standards.
  • Develop creative materials supporting individual community and property marketing needs.
  • Create and update marketing content for Inspire websites and landing pages.
  • Partner with Marketing team members to translate campaign strategies into complete creative packages.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar aligned with marketing priorities, campaigns, seasons, promotions, and events.
  • Develop strategies for gathering authentic content from community teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing leadership, Marketing Specialist: New Developments, Marketing Strategist: Paid Media & Performance, Marketing Strategist: Social Media & Performance, Sales, Operations, HubSpot/CRM, Community teams, Website partners, Photographers, videographers, designers, and other external creative resources.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a creator and marketer—not simply a graphic designer.

They understand that strong marketing creative starts with understanding the customer, the objective, and the desired action.

They naturally ask:

  • Who are we trying to reach?
  • What do we want them to feel or do?
  • What will make someone stop scrolling?
  • Does this actually communicate why this community is different?
  • Do we have enough fresh content?
  • Can this idea become a video, social post, ad, email, and website asset?
  • What is the performance data telling us about our creative?
  • How can we make the next version better?

This individual should be creative enough to generate new ideas, organized enough to execute them, and commercially minded enough to understand that marketing content ultimately exists to support the business.

What We Offer

At Inspire Communities, we value our employees just as much as we value our residents. We offer the following benefits to our full-time (30+ hours per week) employees:

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with multiple plans so you can choose the coverage that best suits the needs of you and your family
  • Financial Wellness & Savings: Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts, (FSA) and other options to help manage expenses with eligible plans
  • Retirement savings program with a company match
  • Competitive time off, including ten holidays, vacation, sick time, and more
  • Work-Life Balance Support: Employee Assistance Program (EAP), LifeBalance discounts, and other wellness resources
  • Professional development resources and opportunities, including tuition reimbursement for qualifying programs.
