Summary: The Digital Content Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing customer communications across email, the resort app and other digital content platforms while managing audience segmentation, website content and performance reporting. This role works closely with all internal stakeholders and data partners to deliver relevant content experiences, enhance customer engagement, and provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS 100% IN-OFFICE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
Manage all aspects of website content, resort app content and email communications across the organization.
Collaborate with data partners to define, maintain, and optimize customer audience segments.
Design and develop responsive email communications for all internal stakeholders.
Test email content and functionality across multiple devices, browsers, and email clients.
Schedule and deploy email and resort app campaigns with recurring communications.
Monitor audience segments and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improved customer communication and content relevance.
Apply industry best practices related to email deliverability, resort app push notifications, audience engagement, content effectiveness, and performance measurement.
Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on analytics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Develop, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing initiatives, presenting results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor communication performance to ensure consistent rendering and user experience across major email providers.
Support new digital content, customer engagement, and analytics initiatives as business needs evolve


Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school; and at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Technical Skills:
Email development and coding best practices for cross-platform compatibility. Website analytics and reporting platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. CRM and customer engagement platforms, including Ascent 360, Adobe or similar systems. Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or equivalent platforms. Audience segmentation, data analysis, and performance reporting. A/B testing, content optimization, and customer journey automation. Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Express. Other applications including but not limited to Canva, Lumiplay and Ascent 360. Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Project management and collaboration tools such as Jira or similar platforms.

Other Qualifications:
To perform this role successfully, an individual should possess experience in digital content management, website administration, email communications, customer relationship management (CRM), and analytics platforms. Strong proficiency with modern content management systems (CMS), website optimization, and digital publishing workflows is required. Skilled in digital content management, copywriting, and content creation, with experience developing, editing, and optimizing high-quality content for web, the resort app, and email campaigns. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

The starting wage for this position is $68,000
