Manager, Creative Content

Position Summary

The Creative Content role will play a critical part in bringing Sloomoo Institute’s brand to life

through exceptional photo and video content across every guest-facing touchpoint. This is a

hands-on creative role for a visually driven storyteller with strong taste, a sharp editorial eye,

and the ability to concept, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality joyful/emotional content in a fast

moving environment.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly executional: someone who can translate

business goals, brand priorities, and cultural moments into compelling creative content that

drives awareness, engagement, and conversion. This person should have a strong

understanding of social-first content, brand storytelling, channel-specific thinking, and the visual

discipline required to maintain a premium, consistent, and recognizable brand aesthetic.

Responsibilities Content Creation + Visual Storytelling
  • Lead the creation of high-quality photo and video content for Sloomoo Institute across social, digital, email, paid media, partnerships, PR moments, OOH, and in-experience marketing needs
  • Concept, shoot, edit, and deliver content that is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance across channels
  • Capture content at Sloomoo experiences, events, activations, and brand moments, with a strong eye for composition, lighting, movement, and storytelling
  • Edit short-form video content for social platforms including but not limited to Instagram TikTok, YouTube as well as broader marketing needs
  • Photograph products, experiences, guests, events, and branded moments in a way that elevates the brand’s visual identity
  • Comfortable appearing on camera as needed to support content creation and brand storytelling
Brand + Creative Execution
  • Translate business objectives and marketing priorities into strong visual content that supports customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Maintain a cohesive and elevated visual aesthetic across all content outputs
  • Ensure all creative work reflects the Sloomoo brand world, tone, and standards
  • Support campaign creative needs for key initiatives including brand campaigns, openings, partnerships, seasonal moments, and cultural activations
  • Must have graphic design capabilities
Content Planning + Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Strategists and cross-functional teams to identify content needs and prioritize deliverables across all marketing levers i.e Paid Media, Social Media, CRM and more. Ensuring content is produced with channel needs in mind
  • Help shape content direction and creative concepts tied to campaign goals and business priorities
  • Collaborate with Co-CEO / Co-Founder, Creative Lead and Head of Marketing
  • Work closely with external freelancers, creators, and production partners as needed
Project Management + Asset Organization
  • Manage content projects from brief through final delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and at a high brand standard
  • Organize and maintain content files and asset libraries for easy access across the team
  • Prioritize multiple shoots, edits, and deliverables across competing timelines
  • Receive and incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality
Performance + Innovation
  • In partnership with marketing strategists, review content performance and identify opportunities to improve future creative output
  • Stay current on trends in content, social storytelling, editing styles, and visual culture
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to how Sloomoo shows up across channels and experiences
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a hands-on content role, ideally within experiential, lifestyle, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both photography and videography
  • Advanced proficiency in shooting and editing content for social and digital platforms
  • Strong command of creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite ie Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Frame.io or similar editing platforms
  • Exceptional visual taste and a strong sense of composition, pacing, color, and brand storytelling
  • Deep understanding of social-first creative and what performs across organic and paid channels
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working both strategically and independently in a fast-paced, evolving
  • Passion for culture, design, storytelling, and creating content that feels polished, relevant, and emotionally resonant
