Job Overview

The Creative Content Specialist is responsible for developing and executing engaging digital content across social media, email, and web platforms to support brand growth and customer engagement. This role combines creative design, content strategy, and digital marketing execution to bring GFI’s brands to life across both B2B and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate is trend-savvy, design-forward, collaborative, and passionate about creating compelling content that drives engagement and strengthens brand presence.

What does your day look like?

Some of your duties may include:

  • Plan, create, and distribute content across social media, email, and web channels.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars for both B2B and B2C social media accounts.
  • Create engaging graphics, animations, short-form videos, and digital assets optimized for each platform.
  • Schedule and publish content while maintaining alignment with brand voice and business goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, cultural moments, and emerging content formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Translate campaign concepts and messaging into compelling visual content.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all digital channels in line with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Support website content updates and digital design improvements.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and effectiveness.
  • Assist with content development and creative support for corporate events and initiatives.

Things you need to be able to do:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience creating social media content, including short-form video production.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and lighting techniques.
