Senior Creative Project Manager – Fully Onsite (Meridian or Downtown Office) – Target Salary: $105K

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Creative Project Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving high-impact projects while mentoring and elevating a talented team of project managers. This fully onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional efforts, manage key external partners, and shape the future of our creative workflows. Required Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience managing projects or accounts within a creative agency environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management and workflow tools (preferably Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet)
  • Expertise in capacity planning, resourcing, and project forecasting methodologies
  • Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements
  • Understanding of creative production processes, including design, copywriting, and development
  • Excellent problem-solving and proactive risk mitigation skills
  • Superior communication and change management abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing and onboarding freelance resources
  • Proficiency in maintaining documentation, decision logs, and workflow guidelines
