We're seeking a highly skilled individual to drive the seamless integration of external portfolios into our robust enterprise management, risk, and procurement frameworks. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape strategic processes, mitigate risks, and ensure operational excellence during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. **What You'll Do:**

* **Develop Strategic Roadmaps:** Create and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring precise alignment with the overall integration roadmap and leadership directives.

* **Conduct Gap & Variance Analysis:** Coordinate in-depth risk and process-based gap/variance analysis between current state practices and enterprise requirements.
* **Design Interim Solutions:** Support the design and documentation of interim processes and oversight approaches to effectively mitigate identified gaps ahead of full integration.
