How You Will Impact the Big Picture

As the Creative Services Coordinator, you will support the overall efficiency and organization of the Creative Services Department by coordinating schedules, managing assets, and helping streamline workflows for print, digital, and multimedia projects. Working closely with the Manager of Creative Services, you will play an important role in ensuring creative initiatives are completed effectively while supporting the mission of EWTN.


What You Will Do

In this role, you will coordinate invoices and vendor communications, track creative assets and equipment usage, organize photography and project archives, and manage requests for corporate printed materials. You will also help coordinate multimedia campaigns across departments, maintain shared creative workspaces, assist with Adobe design projects as needed, and provide ongoing support to Creative Directors and designers to keep projects moving efficiently.


About You

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented creative professional with experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in a fast-paced environment. You communicate effectively, collaborate well with teams, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, adaptable to changing needs, and motivated to continue learning and growing professionally. A strong understanding of the Catholic faith and alignment with the mission of EWTN is important, and a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related experience is preferred.
