Basic Function


Airvac is the global leader in Vacuum Technology Systems. The Marketing Strategy Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the Airvac brand, support business growth, and generate sales opportunities.


This role serves as the connection between Marketing and Sales by developing strategic marketing campaigns, coordinating trade show initiatives, managing social media, and creating messaging that supports business objectives. This position focuses on planning, execution, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts while coordinating creative resources as needed.


Duties & Responsibilities


· Develop and execute marketing strategies that support Airvac's sales and business objectives.


· Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and trade show channels.


· Develop and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn and other business-focused social media platforms.


· Plan and coordinate marketing efforts surrounding domestic and international trade shows, including pre-show promotions, booth messaging, customer outreach, and post-show follow-up campaigns.


· Partner with Sales to develop campaigns that generate leads, strengthen customer relationships, and support product launches.


· Develop messaging and marketing content that communicates Airvac's products, solutions, and value proposition.


· Coordinate with outside vendors for graphic design, printing, photography, videography, promotional items, and advertising as needed.


· Maintain company websites and ensure marketing content remains accurate and current.


· Monitor marketing performance using website, social media, and campaign analytics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.


· Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.


· Performs various other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.


Required Skills


• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business or related experience preferred.


• Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills with willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
