About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Creative Services Coordinator to support our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate is a Photoshop expert with advanced knowledge of templates, smart objects, and production workflows, capable of delivering accurate, on-brand assets at scale. This position will coordinate the development of the look, feel, layout, visual language, and craft of the campaigns and have the opportunity to collaborate with team members on concepts when required.
How You Will Make An Impact
  • Collaborates with Creative Services Senior Designer and Manager on projects.
  • Create and maintain product imagery for eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Leverage advanced Adobe Photoshop techniques, including smart objects, actions, templates, and relevant AI tools, to efficiently produce high volumes of image assets.
  • Execute image updates, product variations, color changes, and content revisions while maintaining consistency across large product assortments.
  • Follow established brand style guides ensure a cohesive online presence.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams, account managers, designers, copywriters, and other content creators to produce and publish high-quality and engaging content on a timely basis
  • Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure all content is delivered on time
  • Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and AI (AEO/GEO) while adhering to retailer requirements and best practices for user experience and accessibility
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, photography, and creative teams to ensure imagery accurately represents products and supports business objectives.

The Essentials:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design/digital graphics related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a graphic design field
