JobDescription:
Assistsinprovidingin-depthbusinessanalysisandreplenishmentactivityinselectcategoriestohelpachievetheCompanygoalsacrossallbrands.
PrimaryResponsibilities:
- Demand Planning: Reviews sales trends, reviews and vets forecast data, and adjusts demand forecast as needed
- Analyzesdemandbycustomerchannelandbrand.
- Workswiththemanageridentify/supportareasofassortmentopportunitiesforallchannelsandallbrands.
- Developsknowledgeofproductsandtrendsacrossallbrands.
- ResponsiblefordemandplanningandreplenishmentofselectPorts/CountriesofOrigin.
- MonitorsandprovidesguidancetoEcommerceandKeyAccountoninventoryreservations.
- AssistsinupdatingandunderstandingimpactofadjustingsalesandreceiptsmaintainedviatheOpenToBuy.
- Assistsinidentifyingareasofpromotionalopportunity/longinventory.
DailyTasks:
- Reviewshistoricalsalestrends,preparesforecastfordemandplanningandreplenishment.
- Reviews top items and program items for in stock position of inventory and partners with Procurement Specialists to issue Pos and monitor on time shipment.
- Assistsinmaintainingandupdatingforecastingtoolsandreports.
- Reviewsandvalidatesreorderquantityonaregularcadenceforselectportsand/orcategories.
- Reviews weekly out of stocks and prioritizes top items to ship for all vendors, and notes weekly ship dates at item level.
- Maintainshealthyinstocklevelsonallactiveandkeyitems.
- AssistsinKeyAccountandCustomerServiceOutofStockrequests.
- Assistsupdatingproductstatusesandendoflifeinventorymaintenance.
Knowledge,Skills,AbilitiesRequired:
Education:BachelorsdegreeinMarketing/Businessorsimilar.
Experience:Knowledgeandexperiencewithretailandimportbuying/planning.
Minimum 2-5 years experience in merchandising, inventory management, or purchasing equivalent.
Skills:

Experienceinpurchasing,procurement,orinventorymanagementpreferred.
