Purpose
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be the "glue" that keeps our marketing and technology running smoothly. You’ll be the person who ensures our brand stays consistent, our systems (especially Service Titan) are configured correctly, and our external partners are all on the same page. We’re looking for a "jack of all trades" who is organized, tech-savvy, and ready to solve problems to help our marketing efforts succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
*Digital Marketing Strategy & Oversight: Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. You will provide oversight and strategic input for our website, local SEO, and paid social media campaigns, ensuring our online presence is effective and coordinated with our external partners.
•Co-op Advertising Management: Oversee the administration of co-op advertising programs. This includes coordinating with media reps, ensuring creative assets meet manufacturer guidelines, and managing the submission process for advertising credits.
•Brand Ownership: Act as the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring all digital and print materials consistently use our established logos, colors, and fonts.
•Automated Marketing: Design and manage automated email marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle sequences using our CRM’s marketing tools (Service Titan Marketing Pro).
•Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and creative partners to keep projects moving and aligned with our goals.
Systems & Operational Support
•CRM Coordination (Service Titan): Act as the in-house point person for Service Titan. You’ll navigate the system, manage marketing features, and handle basic data or configuration tasks.
•Tech-Savvy Office Support: Serve as a resource for basic software questions or simple tech needs around the office (like connecting devices or navigating new apps).
•Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between our office and our external IT partner. You don’t need to be an IT expert, but you should be able to clearly communicate technical issues to our support company when they arise.
Qualifications
•Experience: A background in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business is great, but we value a "Jack of All Trades" mindset and a track record of solving problems.
•Tech-Savvy: You should be very comfortable with computers and software. If you’ve used Service Titan, HubSpot, or similar CRMs, that’s a huge plus—but a willingness to dive in and learn a complex system is most important.
•Communication: You need to be able to talk to a designer about a logo one minute and an IT tech about a software bug the next.
•Organized & Proactive: Since this role touches many parts of the business, you need to be someone who can manage your own time and keep projects moving without constant oversight.
•Creative & Analytical: You have an eye for what looks good (branding) but also an interest in how things work (systems and data).
