Job description

About Us
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.
Our mission is to improve people's health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We're an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.
Learn more about our Series C here: Nourish Blog, Bloomberg, Fierce Healthcare, Digital Native, The Pulse Podcast.
This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we're solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
About the Role
Creative is the #1 input to performance marketing - and performance marketing is the engine behind Nourish's growth. As the leader of our Creative team, you'll own the entire creative function: strategy, production, team, and the feedback loop between creative output and business results.
You'll report to our Head of Growth and lead a team of full-time and freelance teammates spanning creative strategy and production (creators, design, video, and copy). You'll work closely with peers across Media Buying, Analytics, Product, and Design, and serve as the internal DRI and expert voice on everything creative at Nourish. This is a great opportunity to spearhead a key business input, lead a team, and help shape how Nourish shows up in the world.
This is a full-time role based out of our Flatiron office in NYC. We're looking for candidates who are local, open to relocating, or based remotely but able to visit NYC periodically. For those in NYC, we work a hybrid schedule with 3+ days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and drive strategy for Growth Creative: Define the vision, creative roadmap, and prioritization framework, and brand guidelines for creative across all our marketing channels. Translate performance signals and audience insights into clear strategic direction.
  • Lead and grow the team: Manage and develop a high-performing team across creative strategy and production (FTE, freelance, and agency). Own hiring, coaching, and org design for the function.
  • Own the creative-to-performance loop: Set creative KPIs, build and own the test-and-learn framework, and collaborate with channel management to close the gap between what we make and how it performs.
  • Build systems that scale: Design the operating model, workflows, and production infrastructure that consistently deliver high-volume, high-quality creative across multiple channels and audience segments.
  • Be the internal expert on creative: Serve as the cross-functional voice on all things creative (brand expression, audience POV, commercial brand, and creative standards) including direct partnership with exec leadership.
We'd love to hear from you if:
  • You have 7-9 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, ideally with a meaningful stretch in a high-growth DTC environment or a performance creative agency.
  • You think strategically from first principles and can set a long-term creative vision and also explain exactly why you made each decision along the way.
  • You have strong creative instincts. You have extremely strong instincts for "good" vs "bad" creative, especially what will or won't work in paid ads. You'll level up our creative quality, creative diversity, and brand.
  • You are a talented people leader with a demonstrated track record of hiring, developing, and managing large teams, including creative team members. You have sharp discernment for team performance.
  • You have built creative systems from scratch (not inherited them). You're comfortable designing for complexity and know how to build for scale.
  • You're fluent in performance metrics and can drive creative analysis end-to-end from insight to action. Your strategy and decision making is rooted in performance data.
  • You can lead and influence across teams: low-ego, strong POV, able to move cross-functional decisions forward with senior leaders on and off the Marketing team.
  • You thrive in high-growth, high-stakes environments where you're expected to deliver results. You are comfortable with and excited by being both the strategic layer and the systems builder.
