  • Partner with art directors, designers, and video producers to deliver creative concepts and executions that go beyond informing or entertainingโ€”our goal is cultural resonance. We're not selling a product; we're creating paradigm shifts.ย ย

  • Write persuasive, engaging, and on-brand copy across a variety of channels (digital, social, video, experiential, print).ย
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, powerful messages that resonate with audiences.ย

  • Infuse our philosophy and principles into stories and creative expressions that deeply connect with audiences.ย ย
    ย
What You Will Bring
  • 7+ย years of experience inย a conceptual creative roleย at an agency, publisher, media company, in-house at a brand, or similar organization.ย ย
  • A strong portfolio including video, OOH, print, digital, social, and longformย workย samples.ย ย
  • Strong presentation/pitching skills to generate support from internal stakeholders and external partners.ย ย
  • Superior writing skills, with an ability to crystallize complex ideas clearly and concisely.ย ย
  • Strong communicationย skills to nurture senior cross-departmental relationships.ย ย
  • A solutions-first mindset.ย ย
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to Standย Together'sย vision and principled approachย to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding ourย culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.ย ย
Standout Candidates Will Bring
  • Branding and its various expressions.ย
  • Navigating a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.ย
  • Experience with behavior change campaigns.
What We Offer
  • Competitive benefits: Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton andย Talkspace.ย
