We are looking for a highly conceptual, execution-focused Creative Director to lead brand, campaign, and digital creative across channels. You will set the creative vision and oversee the development of high-impact work that drives engagement, strengthens brand identity, and supports business objectives. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‐on creative leader who can translate business goals into compelling ideas, inspire multidisciplinary teams, and balance strong brand storytelling with performance and audience insights.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Vision & Brand Storytelling Define and evolve the overarching creative vision across brand campaigns, digital experiences, content, and communications. Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts, platforms, and narratives. Establish a distinctive and cohesive brand language across channels and audience touchpoints. Ensure creative work is strategically sound, visually compelling, and aligned with the broader brand.

Integrated Campaigns & Digital Creative Concept and direct integrated campaigns across web, social, video, email, paid media, and other digital channels. Develop creative approaches that can flex across platforms and audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Partner with marketing, strategy, and other cross-functional teams to bring campaigns from concept through execution.

Balance brand‐building creative with work designed to drive measurable engagement and performance. Content, Social & Motion Lead creative direction for social, content, video, and motion initiatives. Oversee the development of platform‐native content across both organic and paid channels. Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, photographers, directors, and other creative partners to produce high-quality work.

Identify emerging creative trends, formats, and technologies that can strengthen storytelling and audience engagement. Leadership & Cross‐Functional Partnership Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team across design, art direction, copy, motion, and production. Partner closely with marketing, brand, communications, growth, and other teams to align creative with business priorities. Present creative concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages strong ideas, experimentation, and high creative standards. Creative Systems, Optimization & Scale Develop creative systems, toolkits, and guidelines that enable teams to produce consistent, high-quality work efficiently. Partner with marketing and analytics teams to understand performance and apply insights to future creative. Champion a test‐and‐learn approach, using audience insights and performance data to refine messaging, visuals, and formats.

Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, and ways of working. Qualifications 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 5 years in a senior creative leadership role. Proven experience developing and leading integrated brand and digital campaigns across multiple channels. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, digital creative, and integrated campaign work. Experience leading work across web, social, video, email, paid media, content, and other digital platforms.

Ability to use audience insights, performance data, and testing to inform creative decisions without compromising brand quality. Track record of leading, inspiring, and developing multidisciplinary creative teams. Strong understanding of the creative process from concept and strategy through production and execution. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment and balancing multiple priorities.
